Professor Weisskopf,
I have submitted my essay on Ctools. Thank you for granting me an extension. It considerably reduced the stress of the past week, which was nevertheless very busy. I hope you will now join with me in defining Monday as beginning at the break of dawn so that my paper may be considered to have been submitted on Sunday as requested. I define it so if only because I have not yet had the pleasure of Sunday's night sleep, and I still look forward to doing so.

I started a new blog to highlight the best of what I read each day. I plan to focus mostly on the revitalization of Detroit, because that's what I care about the most, but I'm interested in everything so I won't limit myself to that. Plus it's sort of strange to write a blog exclusively about Detroit when you live in Ann Arbor.

Yesterday my cat Paczki was struck by a car and died.
She was a cute gray tabby with a tiny head and a happy round belly and I miss her a lot. I hope Scamper's not too lonely without her.

| Here's the rundown: |

1. I'm employed. I work at Gateway East Deli (formerly Samuel Hoffman's) at 14 and Crooks as a cashier. If you wish to harass me, my schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, 4 to 8
Friday, 4 to 8
Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm (11 hours! I'm trying to change that)
Sunday, 9 am to 2 pm
2. I know most of you don't ever look at it, but I redid the color scheme of my website and it's pretty and you should admire it, if only once.
3. I'm vaguely looking for a car to purchase. I'm afraid if I don't get one this summer, I never will. So if you have any helpful information on that (aka, you have one you want to give to me free), let me know.
4. I have graduation pictures. If you picked one out already, I'm working on it. If you still haven't seen them, I'll be happy to get one to you. Just ask. Even if you don't, I may send you one regardless because I want to get rid of them.
5. My graduation party will be on Saturday, July 15. Not sure what time exactly, but I would guess 2 to 6 or thereabouts. I'll be sending out invitations soon and posting the details here.
6. And last: midnight movies. I want to see, at minimum, Mulholland Drive (6/9), Pulp Fiction (6/16), The Godfather (7/21), Raiders of the Lost Ark (8/11), and Monty Python and the Holy Grail (8/25). Someone hit that up with me.
(The list, by the way, can be found here. I'm betting Miranda/Amanda/Etc will want to see Moulin Rouge and such.)
7. This is the last one, I promise! Does anyone have a not awkward picture of me? My facebook is dumb without one. Also, what's with me having a facebook?
